Editing an Identity name or image

You can always update your Identity image and name. Any time you make a change, that Identity will instantly be updated anywhere you’ve already used it in the past.

From the VT Home page:

1. Click on your email address in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Select “My Identities” from the menu.
   
3. Click the pencil icon next to the Identity you want to edit.
4. Enter an updated name and/or upload a new image.
5. Save.

From an open VoiceThread:

1. Click on your current Identity in the top-right corner of the VoiceThread.
   
2. Click the pencil icon next to the Identity you want to edit.
   
3. Enter an updated name next to the image.
4. Click the arrow to upload a new image or click the camera icon to use your webcam to take a photo.
5. Save.
   

Image requirements

Identity images are a perfect square, so keep in mind that if your image is not, some of it may be cut off during upload. Identity images should be at least 75 x 75px in size for best quality.
